Multiple Teams · Football Conditioning


Football Conditioning has already begun.  Conditioning workouts are Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays from 4:00-7:00 PM in June.  Conditioning workouts in July are Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays from 8:00-11:00 AM starting on the 8th.  The first day of practice is July 29th.  All athletes must have a current physical and an off-seasoning conditioning form to participate.
